- Foundation Consultation includes a built-in 60-minute follow-up to support early implementation and momentum.

Foundation Consultation is offered in-person (NJ, NYC, South Florida) and online/video for eligible families. We are often booked 1-2 months in advance, so reviewing upcoming dates in the scheduler can help you secure the earliest option. Blossom Pediatrics is an out-of-network practice, and superbills are available for possible reimbursement.

In-Network Insurances
We're in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare (UHC), making it easier to access functional nutrition therapy. If you're not covered by one of these providers, we also work with clients paying out-of-pocket and can guide you through payment options. No matter your situation, our nutrition and mindfulness experts are here to help you get the support you deserve.
